Aakriti Jain, a 31-year-old working mom of two, has been recognized as the Best Emerging Agency Leader & Mom Influencer of the year 2023, Delhi, by Business Mint.
The past few years have seen working mothers taking on at least three full-time jobs at once: parent, educator, and working professional. Calling this a ‘challenge’ would be an understatement. Moms have grown increasingly resilient in finding victories in the boardroom as often as around the kitchen table.
Aakriti Jain has always been a hustler in life and is now a mother of 2. She is an Account Director at Media Monks, overseeing the client servicing practices, helping clients rethink their brands with consumers and culture at the center & working towards fulfilling company goals.
With a Master’s degree in Marketing from IMT, Ghaziabad, she secured her first job in at the young age of 17 years at Jabong. She is a seasoned Digital Marketing Professional with 10+ years of experience in building a digital-first culture at large, executing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns & films for brands in consumer and commercial space.
She has been an active part of the growth journey of brands in the Tech, FMCG & Beauty industries and has weaved stories on digital by partnering with content creators, PR teams, and Media teams. While conquering it all at work, she doesn’t leave any stone unturned to create visually aesthetic and relatable content on Instagram as a dotting mother too.
