Ashish is a postgraduate with over two decades of experience in real estate. In his capacity as the head of the company, he is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of Turner & Townsend’s India business. He is leading a team of over 300, across three offices in Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai.

Ashish has led, managed and delivered complex projects and programs in country and internationally. He has the privilege to work with visionary clients across expansive sectors including, the commercial, telecom, hospitality, IT/ITes, pharmaceutical and mixed-use developments.

In his previous role he has worked with a major Indian conglomerate, Reliance Industries, where he was instrumental in setting up one of the world’s largest telecom network and associated infrastructure.

Ashish is passionate about building high performing, multi-disciplinary teams; adapting to new technologies and data, and finding simple solutions to complex problems. He believes that every problem also presents a hidden opportunity, and the attitude is all that matters. He likes to challenge the status quo and push himself and his team out of the comfort zone to bring out the best in everyone. He is proud of building a team that thrives on mutual trust.
