As the Human Resources Director, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the organization. With over 15 years of HR transformation, talent management, organizational development, culture building, and business partnering under my belt, I have successfully introduced strategic initiatives that have helped the company reach its goals.

My strength in talent management has allowed me to attract and retain world-class teams by selecting the right people for certain positions and developing them with meaningful projects. With my knowledge of businesses along with a mindset for developing solutions, I have created strategic plans that drove efficiency and effectiveness, streamlined operations, and processes that facilitated growth. My experience in HR business partnering has given me the skills needed to align HR goals with organizational objectives; provide counsel to executive teams; give feedback on performance; hold stakeholders accountable; as well as tracking performance metrics to measure results.

Culture building is another area that I have prioritized. I believe that a strong company culture is essential to the success of any organization.
