He brings over 14 years of marketing, sales and public relations expertise to SocialCTR. He has worked for various advertising and marketing firms developing Integrated marketing, Branding and MarComm projects for Airtel, Lafarge, PTC, Whirlpool, Audi Canada, BMW Canada and Admission24 clients in industries such as automobiles, telecommunication, technology, health care and financial services.

Started His career in 2007 as a SEO executive, A Young Abhishek was always passionate about how people behave on the web of things , their preferences , what makes them choose one product over the other ? What makes people stay on a blog longer than others? . How does one’s Content Crunching habits impacts one’s lifestyle.Was all this just a funnel to make humans circulate their resources or was there something that lies beyond one’s reason to click.

During his time at IIM lucknow, he realized that people are not traffic , they are humans governed by emotions and real life situations and they will choose products with which only they can relate.This was the time he found out the essence of Branding in any Marketing Strategy. While Abhishek was working at Dentsu as an Accounts Director he met with likeminds to formulate the branding and marketing strategies which would change the course of India’s Marketing atmosphere for better. Airtel’s 4G campaign was a game changer for the industry as well as for Abhishek.

Soon he founded his own venture now known as SocialCTR Solutions with over a 100 employees.This was the time when Abhishek decided to help the youth with a hunger for Branding and Marketing. He recruited from all the domains of different industries and College graduates and created an environment to train and practice marketing to help big, small and medium brands grow. SocialCTR is by far a company with lowest attrition rates in the industry and the reason is Abhishek’s nature to be a guide & big brother more than a boss. Currently SocialCTR is in 5 countries UAE, India , USA, UK and Australia and growing.
