Bharat has been an exemplary professional and leader in today’s business scenario. Although he is a Chartered Accountant by profession, yet he has explored himself as an entrepreneur in the past decade. His learning skills are better than anybody else and his calmness to handle tough situation, makes him a fine leader.

Having worked with numbers in all his professional life, Bharat decided to explore his abilities in Sales and operations and accepted the position of Chief Operating Officer in Beekay Group, where he served as a CFO for 5 years. Currently he is heading a business portfolio of 150Cr. in terms of sales and the entire supply chain of Beekay group. His sharpness as a CA has helped him not only grow the business, but has projected him as future torchbearer of the organisation.

 He Joined Beekay as General Manager Finance & Accounts and soon became the youngest CFO of the company. Before joining Beekay Group, he served as a Partner in a reputed CA firm based at Lucknow. He is having sound knowledge of distribution controls, Business growth Strategy, forecasting, project management, Internal control, Fund raising, Risk management, direct and indirect taxation, Restructuring of business process, Credit Control, Conflict resolution, vendor contact management, Revenue planning, ERP implementation. During his career with Beekay he has handled various key initiatives, business growth strategies, which is shaping up the future of the group. 

He also initiated the Beekay vision for Multiband Retail chain of genuine spares parts with the name “PARTSHALA”. This is a unique concept in the country where a mechanic can get all genuine automobile spare parts under one roof. Till now 8 stores is being setup for feasibility study and within one year of span plan is to increase the presence with Franchise model.
