Bhawna Popli is a HR professional with approx. 14 years diverse industry experience. She started her career with Genpact as a front-line recruiter then joined Media Industry in HR, worked with India Today Group for 5.5 years and Indian Express for 1.8 years. She joined Delta Electronics India – manufacturing industry for approx. 2 years and then switched to UK India Business Council – company into bilateral trade between UK and India as Lead HR for 5.2 years and then finally she thought of giving back her knowledge and skills to the development sector so recently joined Path – a global NGO into public health services as HRBP South Asia which covers India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka. olicies and procedures, compensation benchmarking, creative employee engagement activities, designing and implementing people and development programs. She is known for being smart, hardworking, positive, and committed to excellence. She is a confident self-starter who proactively addresses day to day challenges and opportunities. Her philosophy is “no job or position is too big or too small “and she puts that mantra into action every day. Her positivity and willingness to take risks helps the management believe that challenging goals can be achieved with little motivation and success can be attained if we truly believe and work diligently to fulfil them. Bhawna is married to Aditya -who runs his own garment business in Delhi and vacation home business in Goa and has a 10-year-old son Arhaan who is a diehard Messi fan. Bhawna is a traveler and a movie buff when time allows her!
