Narayani Laxminarayanan is the Founder and Director of ASSB Consultants.            

ASSB Consultants is a Chennai-based organization focused on delivering quality services in the area of Recruitment, Training, Travel and Tourism and Event Management.

Narayani in her 22 years of professional career, has worked in the travel and tourism sector with  P L Worldways Ltd in Chennai and Global Aviation Services Ltd at Hyderabad . In this period, she serviced a wide range of corporate and individual customers in the areas of hospitality and domestic and international tourism. Being proficient in multiple languages and with a keen sense of customer service, Narayani was known for her meticulousness and customer delight.

She then worked with Global Talent Development organization NIIT for 09 years, both at the main enterprise NIIT Ltd as well as its joint ICICI Bank – a venture called NIIT-IFBI (NIIT  Institute of Finance Banking and Insurance Training Limited) which specialized in retail training and corporate training in banking, financial services and insurance. She worked in various feels of operations in pan-India service delivery, trainer management, client interfacing for delivery, commercial operations and pre-sales. She gained a lot of experience interfacing with MNC BFSI organizations, as well as Indian PSU and Private PSU enterprises.

Consolidating these experiences, she wanted to realize her dream of being a successful woman entrepreneur and founded ASSB Consultants on 15th Jan 2020. Built on a foundation of a team professionals with a cumulative experience of fifty plus years, from diversified backgrounds ranging from Consulting, Training, Hospitality, Travel, Events management, ASSB Consultants in a short span of time has managed over 10+ events, won 8 clients for training and is the Recruitment partner for a few banks as well as telecom and service enterprises.

Narayani is fiercely committed to customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional value to clients. Known for building and maintaining relationships, her all-India network has helped her during her employment career as well as in the current phase as an entrepreneur.

Narayani operates from Chennai where she lives with her husband and her teenage children.
