Major milestones of the company include:

• Design and construction of the grand entrance to the prestigious CVR College of Engineering
• Refurbishment of the Heritage school – Mehboobia Government of Telangana Girl’s School (this was one of our projects where we did not work with any kind of profit) They have contributed in terms of providing upgraded infrastructure for the school.
• Design and rebuilt a Villa of renowned Chairman and founder. It was challenging and considered a milestone as it has manifold structural issues which were addressed in great detail and solved appropriately. 

 

The company uses technical imos software for our modular wardrobe and Kitchen designing which makes it precise and accurate to each mm. Clients can customize the design as per their requirements on the software and therefore eliminate any manual error on designing and execution. The same software is connected to the production machinery which gives accurate feed while production of the modular wardrobe and kitchen thus making it a seamless and efficient process. In this way Hanging Hammer is able to increase our productivity and efficiency and reduce the timeline, hence enhancing overall productivity. This has also led to immense customer satisfaction

 

Hanging Hammer project built and execution follows a robust Project management system where we generate a GANTT chart at the beginning of the project which is a tracked by the Project Manager. They incorporate week-wise timelines and deliverables hence making it easy for managers and the clients to track it at every step.
