Has co-founded Ganymede Business Ventures, which is set to be World’s largest ‘food on Street’ service chain providing safe and tasty food at affordable prices to people on the go. As part of the Board of Directors and co-founder of this food tech start-up, she leads the company’s growth and revenue while scaling up business operations, Marketing, and Sales. Lead Execution to establish Proof of Concept while driving investors' pitch and relationship for funding.
Prior to establishing her own start-up; she held senior management positions with various Large Global MNCs and Indian MNCs. She has worked closely with owners of family-run businesses, CEOs, MD, and Executive leadership teams to develop a strategic vision, brand positioning, and business road map to create value for the future. She is skilled to drive organizational restructuring for aggressive growth, cultural and operational transformation, ROI driven marketing, Innovation Roadmap, and new revenue pipeline
Neelima has served on the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) advisory council for the Food Industry, the Indian Olive Oil Association as President, CCC for Advertising Standard, and the Council of India (ASCI). She has played active mentorship roles for "women in leadership development program" for women leaders at Cargill Inc and HP Inc. She is recognized as one of the top 100 influential women leaders in India by Femina, 100 most influential Marketing Leaders by World Marketing Congress, and A-List Business Leader by Campaign Asia in the last 4 years. She is a thought leader in the industry and a sought-after speaker and panelist in various industry events.
Besides business and Brand, Neelima is passionate about Gardening and Solo Travelling; she loves food and her love for street food led to launching her own start-up in the food tech space. She is a mother to a teenage daughter and 2 pet dogs, Bruno and Kiro.
Neelima joined the Oberoi Group of Hotels to lead the transformation and business revival of Hotels amid Covid 19 pandemic. In her current role as EVP and Chief Commercial Officer, she leads the Sales, Revenue, and Marketing for the group including topline and bottom line.
