Sanju Patra is a management graduate and after successfully handling various managerial roles in reputed corporates and consulting companies in New Delhi and Hyderabad, she decided to start her entrepreneurial journey from Bhubaneswar with a pursuit to help young people especially women professionals with the right career opportunities and help organizations with the right talent, She has been helping organizations to establish standard HR systems and policies to improve organizational health and productivity. Women's welfare and empowerment have always been one of her major areas of interest. During her engagements, she tries to bring gender balance and pay parity at the workplace, give equal opportunities to women in all areas of work. She has personally trained and helped many young girls who come from humble financial backgrounds but had a desire to stand strong in life. She also works for the resettlement of ex-servicemen and the placement of people with disabilities.
She has been associated with a voluntary charitable trust that works for the upliftment and care of underprivileged children. Here the major focus has been to open libraries in the orphanages to promote reading habits among the children, providing medicines and nutritional supplements to the poor cancer patients (children) to help them fight the disease strongly and celebrate festivals with these children to bring smile on their faces.
She is a lifetime member of the NHRD Network, a leadership team member of BNI, the GHRD network, the Public relations council of India, and a member in CII-IWN. She loves reading and writing and loves to spend time amidst nature. She is also a speaker on various networking and professional forums and conferences.
