About Us:
DLV - Design Lab Vyoma is a Mumbai based, multidisciplinary Architectural interior firm founded by Vyoma Patwa Motiramani, which believes in creating holistic spaces not only true to its context but also to its functionality & end users.
This firm thrives to achieves spaces which besides articulating carefully at micro levels of details, finishing & functionality, also deeply looks at the macro levels of overall site context, condition and its natural surroundings & built form.
It is utmost important for us to be true to our concept at all levels and at the same time bring in innovative ideals & elements in the most balanced economical ways.
Our authentic interest in architecture, which is meaningful for today’s time, has led to a practice that has beautifully achieved as varied as residential, leisure, commercials interiors, restaurants and resorts across India.
Vyoma Patwa Motiramani - Principal Architect:
Vyoma studied architecture at Kamla Raheja Vidhyanidhi Institute of Architecture, Mumbai. In order to understand architectural on an international level, she pursued an exchange program called IN: CH with the University of Bern, Switzerland.
Post the academic period; she joined the prestigious firm of I M Kadri, where she upgraded her experience and knowledge as an architect. Here she worked on large-scale projects right from micro to macro level of various sectors such as Symbiosis school in Pune, CA institute in Nagpur, Township projects, etc.
Vyoma then moved on to forming her own practice – Design Lab Vyoma, where she independently designed and executed medium & high-end interior residential and corporate projects. She successfully worked on hospitality sector involving projects from restaurant & lounges to large-scale resorts.
An ever-increasing quench for knowledge and motivation in architecture, has made her travel most part of the world. Her experience allows her to holistically deal in various areas of architecture where people can thrive & connect to. She believes in careful articulations of form & spaces, which are not only true to its context but also, behold a true philosophical & conceptual thought behind each creation.
