An eminent figure in the field of Pain Medicine, she has given lectures across forums emphasizing the need for effective pain healthcare management. She is an Educator at Essential Pain Management which novel move to educate healthcare professionals about taking care of CHRONIC PAIN.

 She is a strong motivator of living PAIN-FREE LIFE and has conducted many awareness camps to educate the section of society suffering from chronic pain about the availability of resources and techniques to take care of them. She believes in the fact that science brings innovation and so she keeps herself updated with the recent developments and innovations and uses them for creating a PAIN-FREE SOCIETY.

 Her motivation to make society pain-free made her take up her career in Pain medicine which is an unexplored medical branch in India. Her dedication and hard work towards her professional career are inspiring and this makes her one of the youngest Pain Physicians who is renowned and recognized internationally. She is a visiting consultant to many developing countries and teaching programs in developing countries like Bangladesh. Have conducted numerous teaching workshops as organizing secretary for budding pain physicians for both national and international delegates. 

Hailing from not so big city of Ranchi, it was not easy for her to grow up in a conservative society. But raised by nonconservative parents she was persuaded by them to achieve something big in life and break the glass ceiling. She is a strong educator of gender equality, financial independence, and education and has raised her voice to educate both male and females about the same. With her articles about these topics in various mediums, she takes all opportunities to educate the masses about the same. Two mantras that she abides by are Hard work and Punctuality and believes that these two important criteria can never be replaced by anything and so nothing has stopped her from playing two major roles of being a mother and being a healthcare professional her best. She has been awarded India 100 women Icon award and the women of substance award by various institutions.
