A multi-talented mother of two young boys is an Engineer and was a corporate professional with Fortune 500 companies like Oracle & ADP for several years. Rumana turned into an entrepreneur and founded Serendipity in 2012. She has several accolades to her name. The highlight of her recent achievements includes “ Karmaveer Chakra” instituted by the UN & iCongo,” International Influencer of the year 2021”, Doctorate in Child and Women Empowerment conferred by AUGP,  the prestigious “Nelson Mandela World Humanitarian Award 2021” by the Diplomatic Mission Global Peace and the Nationwide Business Leader 2021 under 50.
  Her focus being Social Entrepreneurship, she has brought several laurels to India while Developing innovative and functional “Green” products by recycling varied materials & Creative use of non-biodegradable materials, thus enhancing their useful life and has built a highly motivated team, providing them with enhanced skills and livelihood. She holds forth as an International speaker and has represented India at the Women Economic Forum, honored with the WEF Iconic Women Leader, and is also the recipient of the International Genius Icon Award 2021.
    
     Her advocacy is Gender Equality and to Stop Violence against women & children. She is pioneering initiatives like Digital Convergence and Humanitarianism globally, in collaboration with PHQ Philippines and ASEAN through the Exponential Empowerment Forum, and has also been awarded as an International advocate maven for her work.
