Himanshu has played a pivotal role in making POCO India one of the top online smartphone brands. With his foresight and pioneering thought leadership, he rose to become one of the youngest brand leaders in the smartphone sector. During his stint as Sales Lead, POCO registered Q-o-Q growth of 300% in Q1 2021 and 865% in Q2 2021 in India.

As a result, he launched POCO’s all-women Sales and Service Outlet in Kolkata, encouraging women's participation in senior leadership roles. He also conceptualized the revolutionary Mi Studios across the country and built the business model of the Mi Stores and further integrated Mi Fans into Xiaomi Business to boost brand engagement. 

Throughout his career, Himanshu’s journey has reflected his incredible ability to secure critical milestones in his personal and intrapreneurial journey. In his earlier role as the National Program Manager, he managed to build the biggest exclusive retail chain of India for Mi Stores and Mi Studios. Xiaomi became the Largest Single Brand Retail Network in India in November 2019 and as stated by GFK Research, the brand also became No 1 in the Offline market in Himachal Pradesh, marking a first for Xiaomi. 

Himanshu is a young leader who is passionate about bringing the best for consumers and this is a philosophy that drives him to achieve his goals and eventually lead POCO to greater heights.
