As a start-up, Jenika Ventures LLP was established in December 2020 immediately after the onset of COVID-19 hit. It was certainly a very bold decision made by the authority, as businesses were getting shut and people shattered! But the decision was firm and resilient and the organization stood still in the market. Jenika, as an organization aims to discover better approaches to keep the operations running smoothly and attain client satisfaction.

Despite all the uncertainty going around in the society, Jenika Ventures LLP managed to achieve new benchmarks and set an example for new start-ups that even in dire situations, with a belief, “if we can flourish, you can too”.Within a span of just two months since inception, the organization has left no stone unturned by organizing an intercity grand property show at Patna city which was truly an inspiration for many. But, April was recorded as the month with the utmost number of Covid cases, and the country was again hit by the devastating second wave of the pandemic with things shattering all around. It was on 16th May 21, that the organization thought of organizing a webinar as a part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity on ‘Coexistence with COVID-19' by the experts from AlIMS & MAX Hospitals to create awareness among the masses. This was again a unique initiative taken ever in the real estate fraternity.

Amidst all the ongoing activities, the uninvited form of Covid, ie., the delta variant came in causing yet more damage, and again, the community came to stand still. But keeping all the guidelines of precautions intact, Jenika Ventures LLP bounced back to work on June 21 as an early mover to reinstate the operations. For all the brilliant contributions, the organization has been awarded with different accolades like the Certificate of Excellence from Omaxe Limited, Godrej Properties, ATS Homekraft, and DLF. The icing on the cake remains the award for “Most Promising Start-Up of 2021” by the Indian Achievers Forum.
