Jyotsana Garg Tiwari is currently at the helm of affairs at Humaniquee HR, one of the leading recruitment consultant in India for recruitment of workforce within India. She is a a pharmacy graduate of 2012 batch and has earlier worked in pharmaceutical industry in technical role of Quality Assurance in well-known companies like Unichem Labs, Lupin and Themis Medicare. During this time, she interacted with various external and internal customers, clients and realized that she has an interest in interacting with people and that became the core reason behind the start-up Humaniquee HR. She started Humaniquee in the year 2019 and since then she has developed it into an organization with a fantastic and able team. Jyotsana had to struggle a lot to get her first job and also her other jobs, that was also one of the reasons to venture into recruitments. Jyotsana likes to help people and hence she is particularly concerned about needy and young people who are in dire need to earn and get a decent job. Humaniquee works passionately for such people. In last few years, what Jyotsana has realized is people are the strength of any organization and she has instilled the same in the culture here at Humaniquee HR. She is a first generation entrepreneur and has started Humaniquee with a zeal to succeed and make it big in the recruitment industry by helping the needy and providing best manpower to our customers and never compromise on the quality of people. Her team of more than 15 people is also aligned with this culture and principle. Jyotsana’s focus is on delivering innovative talent solution services to some of the most renowned companies in the world, across industries. In the last 2 years since the inception, Humaniquee HR has placed close to 3000 people in various organizations. We have a strong client base of more than 8500 and have served more than 1200 companies so far. We are into recruitments, bulk hiring, lateral hiring and corporate hiring and we serve companies in the space of banking, insurance and BPOs.
Outside her work, Jyotsana is an avid dancer and she likes traveling and meeting people. She is parenting her 5 year old Son and is based out of Mumbai.
