The only thing standing between you and success is you, mantra that kajal lives by. Began her career as an Executive at Wipro in 2011 is now esteemed leader in Healthcare industry with her expertise in Learning and Development, Quality Improvement and Organisation Development.
With her commitment and excellence she has achieved 2 National level Awards including “Indian Express” and “Business Mint” in the category of Best quality Administrator, Industry Experts in Organization Developments and Change Management respectively.
She been recognized with a number of accolades over the years in her current stint within Manipal Ecosystem as - Best Quality Initiative - 2016 (Within 1 year of her joining) , Best Quality & Training Practices- 2018 and “ Best Quality Performance and innovation – 2019.
With her special interest and contribution towards L&D she made her place in Manipal Nobel Program “Drona’’ which further enabled her to achieve excellence in the L&D journey at Manipal Healthmap.
From her last stint at Paras Healthcare, She Joined Manipal Healthmap as youngest member at the corporate team for their very first and ambitious project on PPP mode collaborating with various state governments. As it was the first of its kind for Manipal with immense scope in setting up Quality Assurance and L&D best practices as per new business module.
She took these assignments as opportunity and started transforming the Quality and Training Journey for the organization from the scratch level. Soon the organization got their first most prestigious quality approval in the form of NABH. This accreditation acknowledged Clinical & Operational excellence and became the first PPP project to achieve the highest quality accreditation from Quality Council of India in 2017. In addition to this under her inspiring leadership organisation has created the landmark by getting the highest number of Quality accreditation in FY 2021 on pan India basis.
She has developed numerous internal programs for her organization in Talent Development and Quality Improvement which has significantly contributed to achieve the business goals.
