Fingerprint Analysis: iTAP (Innate Traits Assessment Program) is something that’s very dear to KNR. With an expertise of over 9 years, he’s today an Expert Analyst and a Master Trainer in the field of Dermatoglyphics (Fingerprint Analysis).

Life Coaching: Coaching people on Self Clarity is KNR’s newfound love, where he helps people Fall in Love with their Life, All Over Again. As he says, ‘Understanding of Self’ is a process of Constant Evolution and KNR helps you through Your Journey of Self Clarity.

Journey before becoming a Coach

KNR often jokingly says that it’s been over 12 years since he completed his Engineering but to date, he is still not sure why he did it. With higher Interpersonal skills than his Engineering skills, he decided to pursue his Master’s in Business Administration and it was during this time that he discovered his true purpose in the form of ‘Dermatoglyphics’, a.k.a. Fingerprint Analysis. Long story short, after tireless research on the subject, many sleepless nights, and hard work, he has established a framework to work with, in an effort to carve his empire dedicated to Self-clarity.

The whole intention of getting into Coaching was to help people ‘Understand Themselves Better’ so that they can make well-informed decisions and not regret them later, not just in terms of their Careers but also at every crucial step of their Life. He says, his ‘Lack of Awareness’ at the time led him to choose a Career Path that was not suitable for him and that is the pain he wants to eliminate in Students and Professionals of today, by helping them make better decisions based on their abilities and interests, not out of pressure or lack of awareness.

He is also now an Author, with the introduction of his first ebook 'Introducing You to Yourself’, which hit the Amazon #1 Best-seller list within 48 hours of its launch. This book is an attempt to break down those essential aspects of life where you need to understand yourself better. It showcases the importance of having Self Clarity before everything else, to be more aware and conscious of what we do and why we do things.

KNR also founded ‘The Clarity Club’ which is a Community of people who are looking for answers to their confused questions. It is a collaborative community between Coaches with different specialities, Counsellors and Psychologists who are willing to provide their services to Students, Professionals and Institutions alike.
