He is a successful Pharma professional having 30 years of Pharma Sales and Marketing experience in shaping up new business units for India's top most reputed pharma companies and fastest growing start-up. His extraordinary track record of success in his professional career has given him a definite sense of purpose to contribute significantly to the healthcare domain and the nation overall. His everlasting enthusiasm coupled with his highly positive approach, simply makes young professionals inspired and motivates them to join and excel under his adept leadership. 

The second key person is Capt.M.K.Ghosh,(Managing Director). He is Ex sailing captain from the world's largest shipping company. Who has had an enriching 22 years of sailing in different types of ships with mixed nationality around the globe. Successfully commanded the world's largest bulk carrier and received QHSE (Quality Health Safety & Environment) awards several times during sailing. He is an expert in logistics and teamwork with different nationalities.
