In a journey spanning more than one and a half decades, Parul Mathur has been at the forefront of the evolution of people management processes from being policy centric to people-centric. Having worked with some of the most well-known organizations, she has been at the helm of driving significant workplace cultural changes. Her rich experience stems from her ability to adapt perfectly to the changing dynamics and employee needs at established organizations as well as emerging startups. Her invaluable contribution to the human resources industry was has been recognized by Forbes India by making her a part of the coveted List of "The 100 Greatest People Managers in India" twice in a row for 2020 and 2021’. 

Her strong belief in going the extra mile to comfort people around her reflects in her leadership style as well. Being an out and out people’s manager, her passion lies in mapping competencies and nurturing talent by mentoring them to focus sharply on their natural abilities. Her mantra to be a successful leader is to stay agile, be resilient, and most importantly, develop the ability to think on her feet. In her own words, a leader should not expect appreciation, instead, aim for admiration. 

An awarded human resources professional, she maintains that her true accomplishment lies in the difference she has been able to make in the lives of those who needed the right opportunity and direction to grow. Her leadership has seen many firsts in the form of opportunities for the LGBTQ community, widows of army personnel, technical education, and support for the housekeeping staff to offer them respectable positions. Besides this, she has been at the core of strategies that have seen organizations double their manpower by a few thousand in a couple of months. Following her penchant for challenging her own abilities, she now leads critical business operations as well, along with exploring the new dimension of human resources. 

It is her passion to go beyond her comfort zone to explore something meaningful every day that keeps her going. She continues to combine her knowledge, exuberance, zeal to learn new things, and passion, to do something meaningful for the society at large and lead by example.
