Prof. (Dr.) Tanuja Kaushik is a true professional with an immense degree of integrity and knowledge. She is a passionate teacher and has more than two decades of rich teaching experience in National and International universities and institutes of repute. She is a good team player, sincere and dedicated towards work and responsibility, with a positive attitude towards continuous learning.

She has conducted MDPs for Senior Level Executives with diverse backgrounds from Navratna Companies and Miniratna Companies and other leading organizations. She has also conducted several workshops at Ph.D. House, New Delhi in joint collaboration with Konrad-Adenauer- Stiftung (KAS), Germany for Entrepreneurship Development. She has delivered sessions and conducted FDPs on Research Methodology & Data analytics Using Statistical Techniques at many Universities/Colleges of repute.

She is in the editorial and advisory board of journals and has edited proceeding books of international conferences and cases on management. She has published and presented papers at various National and International conferences including IIMs. IITs, FMS, MDI, IMT, FORE, AIMA, and others. Some papers have won the best paper award and have got published in Emerald. She has guided many Ph.D. scholars. 6 already awarded doctorate degree and 8 are in the final stage of being awarded.

Prof. Kaushik is Ph.D. in Management, MBA, MCA, and M.Sc. & M. Com. She has also done Executive Management Program in Entrepreneurship & Project Management from IIT Delhi.  Prof. (Dr.) Tanuja Kaushik is currently working with GD Goenka University, Gurugram, as the Professor & Director, of the Centre of Innovation & Entrepreneurship, and Dean of Student Welfare & International Relations.  At GD Goenka University she has headed and mentored the Inter-Disciplinary Project (IDP) and conducted several workshops, conferences, and events where students get the platform to showcase their entrepreneurial, leadership, and management skills. Under her leadership and as a Convener of University Staff Engagement & Experience (USEE) and Student Engagement & Experience (SEE), she has initiated and successfully completed many projects, events, and activities for the welfare of the students, staff, and faculty members.
