Rohan Arora, an aspiring thought leader in the hospitality industry, is currently leading the sales & marketing team for The Suryaa New Delhi (A leading Luxury Hotel in Delhi). He has a Global MBA from Deakin University & PGDM from IMT Ghaziabad. 

In the past he’s worked with leading hospitality giants like Intercontinental Hotels Group and The Leela Group. He also founded an event management and marketing startup called Event Quotient which also focused on designing restaurant concepts and marketing campaigns.

The Story of Success:

Rohan has always dreamt of disrupting & changing the hospitality industry whilst focusing on enhancing customer experience & service standards.

Within a matter of 5 years, he’s experienced exponential growth from Assistant Sales Manager to the Head of Sales.  He lives by the mantra ‘Dream Bigger, Aim Higher’. His work is inspiring others in the industry to follow suit. He is an exceptional learner and his knowledge in the hospitality sector in terms of sales, marketing and operation management is very extensive. His ability to focus and come up with out of the box strategies helped him excel and become the hospitality expert he is now.

Throughout his journey, he’s received many accolades one of them being a prestigious honour of Exceptional Contribution by International Hospitality Council and International Institute of Hotel Management. 

Every journey has it’s difficult stretch of road for him this was about learning and bettering himself. His way of handling difficult situations with a calm attitude has always made the tough jobs look easy.

Despite many road blocks, he bounced back strongly, came back to the industry with the hopes of doing better & the rest his history. 

Through his journey, he also realized the importance of giving back to society. Since then, he has volunteered with NGO’s and right now is on a mission to start a non profit to identify & tackle issues that need immediate focus.
