Seema Hazarika is a Corporate Legal Professional based out of Bangalore. She has 14 years of industry experience in Legal, Compliance and Contracts Management having managed IT/ITES, Pharma and Health Care Provider Contracts for Corporate giants such as Accenture and Novartis. Hailing from a very small town in Assam called Mangaldai, she completed her schooling and PUC from Assam, before moving to Bangalore to pursue a career in the Corporate Legal domain.
She has done her BA. LLB. From Bangalore Institute of Legal Studies and holds various diplomas from International Business Management Institute (IBMI) Berlin, Germany including a mini-MBA program completion. Seema also holds a HarvardX certificate for the program: HLS2X: Contract Law – From Trust to Promise to Contract. Seema also has completed several certifications in Clinical and Criminal Psychology.
Seema has been working resiliently in fast growing arena of Corporate Legal and Commercial Compliance and Contract Management for the last 14 years. She started her career with legal outsourcing functionality when the industry was itself in its initial stages in India and moved on to all its diverse branches and finally finding her niche in Commercial Compliance and Contract Management. She intends to continue her involvement, growth and career path in this guided and yet competitive Corporate Legal Domain which allows her to be an individual contributor to any Project as well as be a part of a bigger Business Team.
Seema is very self-motivated, passionate about her career graph and strong believer that humble beginnings in schooling should not stop anyone from following their larger-than-life dreams.
