Founded Arietis Inc. in 2012. What was started as a simple Abacus Course and Train the Trainer Programme has now become a commitment for excellence in Abacus and Vedic Mathematics, operating with over 150 Course Instructors, several School Partners and Business Associates in multiple locations. Developing Micro Entrepreneurs in Homemakers, Teachers and working-women is a dream, which is seamlessly being realised, steadily.  Business associates, franchisees and freelance partners are constantly adding up to our goal of spreading all across. 

Spending time with new generation parents, catching children early in their childhood for joyfully engaging with them for non-screen or even productive on-screen skill development activities, primarily through Abacus & Vedic Mathematics is the newfound passion. 

With the aim to grow in the space of Skill Development for Children,  to augment their academic learnings on a regular basis is a great opportunity despite being a challenge with their excessive attachment to screen time.  Through Arietis, a well designed Abacus and Vedic Mathematics Training Programme, as an evening engagement activity for children, has been a very exciting journey thus far. However, capacity building needs to be organic in its growth as Training Teachers to in-turn train the Students has to be qualitatively very effective and enduring. It is a time consuming process to ensure high quality is delivered throughout the designed program. 

In this process, we at Arietis found two very important challenges.  First one is to develop a successful and sustainable commercial run. And the second is the Corporate Social Responsibility. These two have kept us designing and implementing various strategies like 

⦁ developing Course Instructors (certified teachers to impart training to children around their chosen localities), 

⦁ School Partners (to impart training either as an inclusive subject in the school curriculum or as an optional Evening Engagement Activity), 

⦁ Exclusive Centres (to be located in vantage locations with high density prospective student base for Evening Engagement)

⦁ Franchisees (for designated Geographical or Segmental markets for maximising signage and coverage), Business Associates (who necessarily sync with the ideology of Arietis and its merits to augment their existing business in similar activities / offerings in the market)

To top these all, we carry a very sincere commitment from ARIETIS with its Corporate Social Responsibility active from the very early stages of its commercial operations. Besides our direct commitment to CSR, we have also successfully initiated CSR through most of our Commercial set ups as well by involving the stake holders to be a part of it through their time and effort keeping the responsibility of funds to Arietis Inc. 

To expand the horizon and broaden our signage with Arietis commitment of quality and sustainability, the current focus of Arietis Inc. is to become implementation partners for prospective Skill Development Programmes under various CSR initiatives. Arietis believes that this is the only way to maximise the reach. And the most reliable approach is Train the Trainer Model. While training the Teachers will be our primary responsibility, ensuring high quality is delivered to students through these select Trainers - remains our commitment.
