Mr. Sunil Agithakaliya is currently working as Senior Vice President heading Credit Bureau Operations and also is the Data Protection Officer at CRIF High Mark Credit Information Services Ltd where he is setting up Quality Center of Excellence in lines with Lean Six Sigma principles and implementing data protection and privacy processes. 

Of his 24 years of experience, he has spent over 16 years in in setting up / supporting Credit Bureaus in over 15 countries in South Asia, Middle East and Africa where he had the exposure in interacting with diverse global organizations ranging from Private Credit Bureaus, Public Credit Registries, Central Banks, Financial Institutions, Insurance Providers, Telecom and Utility Providers. 

He has a track record of consistently recovering distressed projects to successful implementation and experience in transforming a business concept to a product meeting the expectations of all stakeholders. He has established high performance teams and is a strong believer of outcome-based metrics driven delivery management. 

He is certified Data Protection Officer, ISO 27701 Lead Implementer, and ISO 20000 Senior Lead Implementer from PECB. He is certified in ITIL from PeopleCert and Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt from KPMG.
