A seasoned professional and entrepreneur with more than 16+ years of working experience. Tanu Vatsa CEO of Crrescita is an Entrepreneur, Life-Coach, Counsellor, and author of a self-help book – Thirteen Keys to Unlock Your Power. Her knowledge and never to give up attitude have motivated and helped many individuals who are working closely with her and the ones who are taking her services. She has worked with many Individuals, Teens, couples, families, students, corporates, business owners, and CEOs of MNCs to help them transform and exponentially grow in the desired direction. Working one-on-one, in groups, and in workshops with diverse clients internationally. 10 years of global exposure working with clients in the USA and being appointed as a Business Coach for empowering women in  Afghanistan and Rwanda by Govt. of the USA through The Institute For Economic Empowerment Of Women.

In order to meet OUR AIM of making mental health easily accessible to all from an early age to old age by providing early intervention into childhood and young adulthood and then helping, supporting, and transforming adulthood lives by bringing mental wellness to your fingertips.

This is to Raise awareness about the mental health continuum, reduce the stigma associated with mental health, promote help-seeking behaviors and emotional well-being practices, and prevent suicide, depression, and anxiety through individual education and outreach events. Making sure that we are always there for everyone in our full capacity and potential to significantly improve the state of mental well-being for all and positively impact mental health through advocacy, awareness, and service. All people are accorded with respect, dignity, and the opportunity to achieve their full potential free from stigma and prejudice.
