He became an internet sensation overnight garnering 20 million + views on all platforms and his Twitter getting verified and shooting up with retweets and comments. He received praises from high-ranking officials such as Union Minster of India - Prahlad Joshi, Karnataka State Minister - Dr K. Sudhakar, Karnataka Congress President - DK Shivakumar and two former Chief Ministers of Karnataka Siddaramaiah & HD Kumaraswamy and from Kannadiagas all around the world making him a global sensation of Karnataka community. Adhish has served as a member of the Societies Board and Student Union Leader at the City University of London, and he was the first Kannadiga to win Student Union Elections in the UK at Coventry University. He was also nominated as the Student of the Year 2021 at Coventry University and received the Gold Leadership Award. Adhish has been featured on BBC Asian Network and is the Vice-President of INSA UK - London Zone, the biggest Indian student network in the UK.

Dr. Rajinish Wali, his father, is the CEO of Wali Group of Companies based in Bidar. The group has a diversified portfolio of businesses that includes telecom, petroleum, travel, healthcare, media, real estate, food and beverages, hotel, and CSR. Adhish serves as the Executive Director for the Wali Group. He cofounded Wali Foundation, with his father, which helped thousands of families with basic food essentials during the COVID-19 pandemic and wanted to help the people in need, launch social initiatives such as educational funds, health care facilities, and career counselling sessions for the students in need. He is the co-founder of Keshya Tech, an IT company aiming to deliver top-tier technology consulting, support, services, and maintenance using cost-effective approaches that help our clients increase productivity & maximise profitability. Adhish has also won various awards such as the Mr Times Fresh Face 2020 Happy Skin Award at Hyderabad Times Fresh Face, Course Rep of the Month 2018 at Coventry University, and Best Student of the Year 2015 at Swaminarayan Gurukul, Bidar. He was also the Best Outgoing Student of the Year 2016-17 at Christ Junior College- Residential, Bangalore, and the Best CAS Student of the Year for two consecutive years, 2015-17, at Christ Junior CollegeResidential, Bangalore. He did his primary schooling at Holy Shepherd School, Bidar.
