Adv Aman Jain is a highly motivated and dynamic individual with a diverse background in law. He graduated from IMS Law College with a B.A., LL.B. degree and has since gained experience in a variety of legal roles. Currently, he is the Founder and Designated Partner at Legalocity Global (Unit of Legaalociti Global Law LLP), a full-service law and company secretary firm that handles a wide range of legal and corporate matters. Adv Aman has appeared in various courts and tribunals throughout India and he is well-versed in online legal research tools such as SCC Online, Lexis Nexis, and Manupatra.

In addition to his work at Legalocity Global, Adv Aman has gained valuable experience through internships at various organizations, including the National Legal Services Authority of India and Apne Aap Women Worldwide, a non-governmental organization that works to combat trafficking and prostitution. During his internship at Apne Aap, he gained insight into the legal and social issued faced by women who have been victimized; while his time with Mr. Parthiban, Advocate on Record, Supreme Court of India, helped him develop skills in drafting special leave petitions and briefing senior advocates.

Adv Aman has also served as a visiting faculty member at IPEM Law Academy in Ghaziabad, where he taught students about drafting and introduced them to different types and styles of drafts used in professional life. In addition to his work in legal education, Adv Aman has authored several research papers on a variety of legal topics. His publications include a critical investigation of the Right to Information in Noida and NCR, an analysis on the National Green Tribunal, and a study of the duping tactics employed by online vendors to exploit consumers. Adv Aman’s research has been published in a number of prestigious academic journals, including the International Journal of Development Studies, Jurisedge, and the Imperial Journal of Interdisciplinary Research.

Adv Aman’s achievements have not gone unnoticed, as he has received multiple awards in recognition of his accomplishments.
