Chef Avinash Madhukar Bharvase is a highly experienced culinary professional with a rich background in the food and beverage industry. With 29 years of dedicated service, he has established himself as a renowned figure in the field. Born to Sub Maj Hony Capt Madhukar S. Bharvase, Chef Avinash is a devoted family man, blessed with two lovely daughters and a supportive wife who have been his pillars of strength throughout his journey.

His remarkable career began in 1994 when he graduated from IHM Delhi as a fresh-faced culinary enthusiast. Little did he know that this would mark the start of an exhilarating roller coaster ride. Starting as a commie at Novotel, he embraced the challenges and opportunities that came his way with unwavering determination and commitment. As the years passed, his hard work and dedication allowed him to explore a wide range of cuisines, both in India and internationally.

Chef Avinash's culinary journey took him to various corners of the world, including Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Dubai, Sharjah, Dallas, Vancouver, Canada, and Bangkok. In each destination, he immersed himself in the local culture, traditions, and flavors, enhancing his skills and culinary prowess. These experiences shaped his unique culinary style, blending global influences with his innate creativity.

After years of honing his craft, a pivotal moment arrived when Chef Avinash contemplated transitioning from the bustling kitchen to sharing his knowledge and skills with others. Though the decision to become a consultant was challenging, he followed his passion for the food industry and embraced the opportunity for personal and professional growth. With this newfound path, he embarked on a journey to establish his F&B Consultancy, aptly named "CALL DE CHEF."

Since its inception in 2018, CALL DE CHEF has successfully completed 79 projects, catering to a diverse range of establishments across India and abroad. These projects encompassed a variety of culinary ventures, including cafes, multicuisine restaurants, fine dining establishments, concept restaurants, institutional catering, cloud kitchens, bars, pubs, and lounges. Chef Avinash's expertise and innovative approach have consistently earned accolades, with five of his restaurants receiving awards for their exceptional food and remarkable setups.

However, Chef Avinash's vision extends beyond big projects, as he also wholeheartedly embraces smaller ventures. His ultimate dream is to contribute to the industry by sharing his vast knowledge, creating unique and innovative culinary experiences, and generating employment opportunities for aspiring professionals.
