Dr. RAVIKANTH CHITITTIPROLU, Founder of Vyuha Group, is an Engineer, Entrepreneur, Author, Speaker, Licensed Structural engineer, Approved Valuer, career coach & business trainer. 

He is born and brought up in a rural village in the state of Telangana, India. He has finished his graduation and post-graduation from the city of Pearl, Hyderabad. With the knowledge he gained from his educational background, he learned a lot of insights into his capabilities and energies. 

He started his career as a researcher at the Earthquake engineering research center (IIIT-H) and then in abroad. He then started his own enterprise called “Nilaya Architects, Structural Consultants and Constructions”, which provides services in the fields of construction and allied activities. He extended his services as an Approved Valuer. He was also awarded with Honourable Doctorate in Construction Management by South-western American university.

He is also an official vendor to Central Govt organizations such as BSNL & ONGC, where his firm executed some of the key projects successfully earning appreciation. He is passionate about experimenting and innovating. So, he started his own manufacturing unit for pre-stressed, precast components where he has developed in-house techniques to supply a high-quality product. 

His passion for entrepreneurship pushed him to try 9 business models and came out with best practices. He created employment for more than 100 people in the first year of his entrepreneurship career. He dealt with more than 500 clients in the first 3 years of his establishment. He became an author after having best practices in entrepreneurship for the last 5 years. He has been working as a speaker, coach, and trainer for young engineers. 

He is having a valley of well-rounded expertise in the various fields of planning, designing, and execution of the civil engineering stream. His extensive hands-on experience with multi-disciplinary business functions and technical things made him establish group companies.
