Before establishing Harmony Orthodontics Dr Prasanna worked for 2 years as a consultant orthodontist in various dental clinics that helped her acquire exposure to different practices and perspectives. Eventually with the constant encouragement gained from her husband Major Amrith, she established Harmony Orthodontics and feels proud to be the first exclusive digital orthodontic clinic in entire Andhra Pradesh.

Harmony is a reflection of her father's influence rather than her own. It all began with her father, Srinivasa Rao, who could not fulfil his dream of becoming a doctor. He found fulfilment in watching my uncle, Dr Shankar Thathapudi, succeed in his own aspirations, and that spirit passed on to her. Dr Prasanna’s father is a successful businessman, the owner of the renowned firm Harmony Musicals. Inspired by his business acumen, she named the clinic Harmony Orthodontics in honour of his influence.
