Srinivas P Mahendra hails from Karimnagar, a Telangana District. After completing his engineering with honors from JNTU University, Hyderabad, he worked with MNC companies like Accenture and HSBC as a Software Engineer for 14+ years. With his burning desire to build brands and a strong belief that businesses by design will be making a positive impact in societies, he left the high-paid Software Engineer Job, entered the Retails business, and established the InkoTea business organization. Even without a background and previous experience, Mr. Srinivas P Mahendra has greatly excelled in quickly adapting to this new environment and showing promising results. He is a visionary who is leading this franchise business with strong ethical and moral values suitable to both the market and the business model.

INKO TEA FOOD & BEVERAGES, based in Hyderabad was founded in the month of April 2021. He has taken one of his brothers, Naresh P, as a Co-Founder to take care of training and supervision of outlets. In Spite of multiple challenges posed by COVID during the early nurturing days, he overcame them all with his innovative planning and the business now has 20+ outlets in Hyderabad City alone. Started with just 20+ products, the menu now has 40+ products and the cafe has turned into a place where an entire family can visit, sit for a while, Savour each sip, spend a wonderful time, take selfies, and come back again the next day!
