Also With the aim of recognising the valuable contribution made by financial decision makers from around the leading industries, The Financial Express,   under its FE POWER LIST  had recognised him with "FE Financial Star" felicitation in September 2022 where it honoured the TOP 50 CFO’s in India. 

Right from his MBA days he has been taking a keen interest in the Financial domain. He underwent an internship with Johnson & Johnson, where he was associated with cost-cutting in clearing and forwarding operations. It was from that very phase that he developed a passion for building out of the box financial strategies and enhance his skills in Finance in every possible way. He joined Finolex, where he was part of the trade and promotions department, later in 2007, he got a greater opportunity to work with the Citi Group, where he was responsible for sales, operations, collections, retention, and revenue generation of the company. 

After a year with the Citi Group, he took the road to entrepreneurship and started a  technology training and development start-up for three years. This company flunked big time and he had to shutdown the operations.  This experience got him lifechanging lessons and helped shape his career. It also made him realize his ability to innovate across the financial sector. So, he rebooted his career and started providing solutions to corporates and SMEs on finance through an Investment Banking Boutique -Sreenjivi Consulting. After acquiring a lot of hands-on experience in the financial field, he joined JS Auto Cast Foundry India as the CFO of the company in 2017 and since then has been leading the company across diversifying sectors. 

Madhan has been part of the strategic leadership team that has steered his organisation over the last Six Years.
