For a brief while, she returned to a full-time career with Troikaa Pharmaceuticals, and recently, with an intent to have a more balanced work-life and also be more involved with her daughter in the formative years, Miti moved back to consulting. She is at present associated with a few companies as their HR & OD Advisor and Head.

“Every experience in life,” she says, “however significant or insignificant it may seem, is a milestone in itself.” Some of the professional milestones she takes pride in are the successful design and dissemination of organizational culture and values, gender diversity initiatives to encourage women's workforce and ensure their continuity in employment, and helming the COVID Crisis Management. Additionally, each time a mentee or individual client overcomes their inhibitions/ achieves a personal or professional goal, she finds it very fulfilling as a mentor.

Miti is extremely passionate about equality, women’s empowerment, and mental wellness. She is pursuing her Masters in Psychology as well as training as a certified therapist and counselor so she can better drive these causes. She envisions creating societies and environments conducive to growth and more accepting of mental wellness matters, especially for women and youth. On Women empowerment and equality, she shares that while the Glass Ceiling has been shattered conceptually with a few women have reached the C-suite, there’s a lot more that needs to be done in practice, especially in our Indian ecosystem.

To sum up, she says “Creating a Life by Design and achieving Work-life balance is absolutely possible, provided one is realistic about their direction and aspirations and priorities”. She is certainly setting new benchmarks for young women with the way she gracefully balances her professional as well as personal pursuits!
