In a field dominated by men, Sweety has established her reputation by bringing innovation, sustainability, and unorthodox ideas to the stodgy construction sector and paved her way as an industry expert and a leader at a young age. She is a remarkable entrepreneur and a Chartered Structural engineer who has been able to make a significant impact in both the engineering and business worlds.

 She is known for her intellect, tenacity, and can-do attitude, all of which have been crucial to her success. After earning her civil engineering degree, she pursued a master's degree in structural engineering from the University of Leeds in the UK and worked on construction endeavors worldwide based in the UK and the UAE to advance her skills and expertise, giving her a competitive edge. She founded Structcad Design & Engineering, a leader in sustainable, green, and innovative solution providers in the construction industry, with more than a decade of experience as a Structural engineer. 

Her concept of offering complete turnkey solutions for all building requirements has transformed and disrupted the hitherto chaotic industry. Structcad Design & Engineering specializes in sustainable and fast steel construction techniques including prefab, Light gauge steel, modular and Hybrid structures. Under her able guidance, Structcad Design & Engineering has completed over 500 design projects worldwide in Steel construction. Over 1.7 Lakh SQFT steel PEB turnkey structures in India and over 70 Light Gauge steel Sustainable turnkey structures and low-cost housing for underprivileged. It develops unique solutions keeping sustainability, safety, and economy in mind while still adhering to client requirements. When she embarked on her entrepreneurial adventure, she opened an office in Mangalore, a Tier 2 city, to provide local talent the chance to work on international projects, gain experience doing so, and develop the skills necessary to deal with and handle international clients with confidence. For local talent who would normally relocate to big cities in quest of the same, this has opened up new avenues.

 She believes in maintaining a healthy mind and body and hence finding the perfect balance in life. Her idea of success also includes giving back to society, and as part of this initiative, Structcad shall officially finance underprivileged girls to pursue their career in civil engineering, as well as give them the necessary internship, training, and job opportunities.

 As an avid animal lover, she and her team of volunteers actively assist in stray animal rescues, immunization programmes, and sterilization drives for the strays and dreams to do this on a bigger scale across India Her vast grasp of physics and engineering, capacity to take risks, and unrivaled entrepreneurial energy are a unique combination that sets her apart from the general crowd in both engineering and business world. 

She continues to encourage both men and women to set higher goals, believing that while men and women are physiologically different, they are equivalent and, when working together, can have a significant impact on society and accomplish greater heights
