The next edition of Dance India Dance Telugu will include special guests Mahesh Babu and his daughter Sitara. Zee Telugu shared the promo with the father-daughter team on social media. Mahesh Babu characterised dance as a means of celebration in the trailer. The candidates and Sitara then performed Penny song, and Mahesh Babu couldn't have been happier.

Sarkaru Vaari Paata, directed by Parasuram Petla, was Mahesh Babu's most recent film. The actor is currently getting ready for his next project alongside Trivikram Srinivas. The movie, tentatively named SSMB 28, will allegedly begin filming in September. After this film, Mahesh Babu will begin production on SS Rajamouli's upcoming film.
