Siddhant Kapoor, Shraddha Kapoor's brother, has been arrested for drug consumption.

Sidhhant Kapoor was invited as a DJ to a party held at the Park Hotel's pub in Bengaluru, where he allegedly drank and used narcotics.

Bengaluru City Police's Deputy Commissioner of Police (east) Bheemashankar S Guled claimed on Monday that Bollywood actor Shraddha Kapoor's brother Siddhanth Kapoor was held by Bengaluru Police for allegedly ingesting narcotics at a party in the city on Sunday night.

On the basis of a tip, police stormed a hotel on MG Road in the city where a party was being held on Sunday night.

Medical tests were performed on samples of people suspected of having ingested drugs, and Siddhanth's sample was one of six that tested positive.

According to police sources, the raid on the private hotel was prompted by a tip."

It was unclear whether they used drugs at the hotel or came to the party after taking drugs outside, according to police.

Actor Shakti Kapoor's son, who is also the brother of actress Shraddha Kapoor, is currently in police custody.

Shraddha Kapoor was one of the people questioned by the Narcotics Control Bureau in the death case of actor Sushant Singh Rajput in 2020 over alleged drug possession.
