On Monday morning, the first trailer for Bhuj: The Pride of India was released, and the battle cries were heard loud and clear. The film pulls a chunk out of the 1971 India-Pakistan conflict to tell a narrative full of patriotism, music, and heavy-duty discussions.

Bhuj This August, Disney+Hotstar will release The Pride of India, just in time for Independence Day. Sanjay Dutt, Sonakshi Sinha, Ammy Virk, Nora Fatehi, and Sharad Kelkar appear in the film. Ajay plays IAF Squadron Leader Vijay Karnik, who was in command of the Bhuj airport during the war, and recounts how he saved the region from the Pakistani army by re-constructing a complete IAF airbase with the aid of 300 women from a nearby village.

Sanjay and Sonkshi are village people who band together to help the Indian forces, while Sharad Kelkar and Ammy Virk are army personnel. The film includes conversation about martyrdom and a soldier’s responsibilities.

According to rumors, Ajay Devgn also planned several of the film’s action sequences. “It’s true that Ajay created the movie’s action sequence. The sequences occur at a pivotal point in the story. As he confronts the spies sent by the Pakistani army in the first set-piece, Ajay is shown trying hand-to-hand fighting.
