The movie "BRO" marks the first time Pawan Kalyan and his nephew Sai Dharam Tej have worked together. Trivikram Srinivas wrote the screenplay for the spooky fantasy movie. Furthermore playing significant roles in the movie are Priya Prakash Varrier, Ketika Sharma, Rohini, Brahmanandam, and Subbaraju.

Thaman wrote the music for the movie, which People Media Factory and Zee Studios jointly produced. The technical team is made up of editor Naveen Nooli and cinematographer Sujith Vasudev.
