New Delhi: Telugu feature film “Narappa” is a compelling drama with a deep plot, according to D Suresh Babu, the film’s co-producer, following the trailer release on Wednesday.

“Narappa,” billed as an emotional drama starring Venkatesh Daggubati and Priyamani tells the heartbreaking narrative of a farmer and his family as they battle to live in the face of adversity.

The film, directed by Srikanth Addala and produced by Kalaippuli S Thanu, will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on July 20.

The action film, set in the Andhra Pradesh fields, follows Narappa (Venkatesh) and the invisible difficulties of a farmer.

According to producer Babu, “Narappa” is a narrative that “has a particular place in our hearts.”

“Its story is multi-layered and thought-provoking. Every cast member, as well as staff personnel, has put in an unbelievable amount of love and commitment to bring this narrative to life, from Venkatesh to Priyamani. In a statement, the filmmaker stated, “We wanted every spectator to walk away with more than simply a tale, and that is precisely what this compelling drama has to offer.”

Thanu expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to be a part of this “phenomenal picture.”
“The central message of the film is really strong. It is unafraid to speak the truth. I am confident that it will have an influence in unexpected ways.

The film’s cast also includes Ammu Abhiraami, Karthik Rathnam, Rajsekhar Aningi, Rao Ramesh, and Rajiv Kanakala.
