According to reports, 52% of the voters for the 2023 Oscars came from 51 foreign nations and territories, with 40% of them being women and 34% being members of underrepresented racial communities.
This year, a large number of recent Oscar nominees are also invited, including Kerry Condon of "The Banshees of Inisherin," Austin Butler of "Elvis," Paul Mescal of "Aftersun," Stephanie Hsu of "Everything Everywhere All at Once," and others. Several of this year's Academy Award winners are also on the list.
