Suriya's latest film, Jai Bhim, has received a lot of positive feedback from the public, celebrities, and reviewers. However, some social media users have voiced their discontent with a specific scenario.

Prakash Raj's character strikes a man who speaks Hindi in the scenario and tells him to speak Tamil instead. Several netizens were outraged by the scenario, calling it anti-Hindi propaganda.

Prakash Raj has now addressed the problem. He claimed that Jai Bhim is about tribal injustice, but that certain people choose to view the incident from a position that shows their "agenda."

“After seeing a film like Jai Bhim, they didn't understand the tribal people's anguish, they didn't see and feel bad about the injustice, they only saw the slap,” she says. That was the only thing they got out of it. This reveals their goal," he added, adding that a person in the time period depicted in the film would have responded similarly to 'Hindi being imposed on them.

Jai Bhim, directed by TJ Gnanavel, is currently available on Amazon Prime Video. Suriya, Lijomol Jose, Prakash Raj, and Rao Ramesh are among the cast members.
