On Monday, the teaser for NTR-Ram Charan's RRR, helmed by SS Rajamouli of Baahubali fame, was released. On January 7, barely a week before Sankranti, the film will be released. This sets the scenario for a major battle in the Telugu film industry, as three to four big-budget films are expected to release in January. On January 14, the film Radhe Shyam, featuring Prabhas in the lead role, will be released. Bheemla Nayak, starring Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati, will be released on January 12th. Mahesh Babu, a Telugu actor, has declared that his film 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' will be released on January 13 as well.

All of Telugu cinema's top stars are now battling it out at the box office like never before. According to reports, RRR producer D.V.V Danayya has already met with the filmmakers to try to reach an agreement.

With NTR and Ram Charan appearing in RRR, the rest of the cast is scrambling to find new release dates for their films. According to reports, Pawan Kalyan has instructed his producers to push back the release of Bheemla Nayak to March in order to avoid competing with Ram Charan's flick.

SS Rajamouli has reportedly urged that Mahesh Babu not compete with RRR at the box office in his upcoming film. According to sources, the makers of Sarukaaru Vaari Paata intend to release the picture in April. However, no formal comment has yet been issued.

The makers of Prabhas' film Radhe Shyam, which will be released on January 14, have stated that postponing the release date would be pointless because it has already been postponed multiple times. As a result, it will be released on time.

To add to the already intense rivalry, Nagarjuna Akkineni's Bangarraju will be released on January 12, which means three films will compete in movie theatres in January: Radhe Shyam, RRR, and Bangarraju. The audience is looking forward to seeing which one wins in terms of box office receipts.
