Samantha Ruth Prabhu has been spending time with her close friends after taking some time off from business. She has frequently given her admirers a behind-the-scenes look at her days. However, the star has been posting mysterious messages on her Instagram stories that appear to mirror her current thought process. Her most recent Instagram post is about the bravest people. Earlier this year, the actor confirmed her split from Naga Chaitanya. Since then, news articles and blogs have been full of rumors regarding her personal life. Samantha, according to sources, had also filed a defamation suit against a number of these news outlets and websites. "Your emotional investment in a personal situation has overwhelmed me," she said in a statement, putting an end to the rumors. Thank you all for your great empathy, concern, and for standing up for me in the face of false rumors and stories. They accuse me of having affairs, never wanting children, being an opportunist, and now having abortions. Divorce is a traumatic experience in and of itself. Let alone give me the opportunity to heal. This personal attack on me has been relentless. But I guarantee you, this, or whatever else they say, will never break me."

Samantha is currently wrapping up Shaakuntalam. She debuted her first look from Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal on Monday. Samantha will play Khatija in the Vignesh Shivan-directed film. She will be seen alongside Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara in the film. It's the actor's first collaboration with the two.
