This consecutive 80 paisa #FuelPriceHike 12th hike in 14 days outdoes any torture & a record of sorts 👏
FM @nsitharaman Ji, why hesitate to debate in parliament on crude oil prices, the Cesses that we can do away with to reduce prices?
Telangana has the country's second-highest petroleum VAT (35.2 percent). "To those who rave about how states may lower state taxes," the minister remarked, "in Telangana, we have not increased VAT in the last 7 years (2015 Jan)."
He also urged an end to the "Indiscriminate Cesses imposed by the NDA Government, which will reduce fuel prices by at least 30%."
In Hyderabad, petrol is priced at Rs 117.23 per litre, while diesel is priced at Rs 103.32 per litre. Petrol costs 119.75 rupees per litre in Adilabad.
