By India Today News Desk: On the night in between Friday and Saturday, rain and thunderstorms fell in some areas of Delhi-NCR.

According to the weather prediction, more rain is anticipated to fall throughout the day, providing relief from the humid conditions that have lingered in the national capital for the past few days.

According to sources, among other parts of the city, the areas most impacted by rains include India Gate, Red Fort, Rajeev Chowk, Lajpat Nagar, Akshardham, Malviya Nagar, Kalkaji, and much of Noida and Gurugram.

Due to rain, several regions in Delhi-NCR also experienced waterlogging.

The highest temperature was expected to reach 34 degrees Celsius on Saturday, according to the IMD's forecast, with light rain falling in some areas of the city.

On Friday, there was also some moderate rain in the city. The India Meteorological Service reports that the capital's lowest temperature on Friday was 26.5 degrees Celsius (IMD).
