Results for the class 10 or SSC in Maharashtra will be released by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Education (MSBSHSE) on June 2. The SSC students can check their results starting at 1 pm on the official websites, mahresult.nic.in, sscresult.mkcl.org, and msbshse.co.in, while the Maharashtra Board will announce the results at 11 am at a press conference from their Pune office.

The SSC exams for class 10 were administered in 2023 from March 2 to March 25, 2023. 3,54,493 of the 15,77,256 applicants that enrolled for the Maharashtra state board test came from the Mumbai Division. 7,33,067 girls and 8,44,116 boys in Maharashtra have registered for the SSC exam overall. There were 5,033 exam centres where the test was administered.


Class 10 SSC results for 2022 were released on June 17. The testing period in 2022 was from March 15 to April 4. 16,38,964 students signed up for the Maharashtra Board 2022 exams in total. They included 7,49,458 girls and 8,89,506 boys. The test was administered in two shifts, the first beginning at 10:30 am and running until 12:45 pm, and the second beginning at 3 pm and going until 5:15 pm. Overall, 96.94% of students passed the exam. With a pass rate of 97.96% compared to the boys' 96.060%, girls outnumbered boys in the class.

Due to an increase of Covid-19 instances in 2021, the SSC tests were abolished, and pupils were graded using alternate evaluation methods.
