LUCKNOW: On Sunday morning at Safedabad station, stones were thrown at the Vande Bharat train once more.

The train between Gorakhpur and Lucknow was reportedly crossing Safedabad station at Barabanki when two young children reportedly threw stones from the foot over bridge, breaking one of the train's windows.

A railway officer who asked to remain anonymous said, "A case has also been launched against unnamed people."

The train's guard and driver reported the situation to the control room, and the railway officials immediately got to work.

Stones were thrown at Vande Bharat (22550) earlier on July 18 as it travelled from Lucknow to Gorakhpur. At Domingarh station, which is close to Gorakhpur station, the event happened at 11 p.m. The elite coach E-1's window at seats 13 and 14 was shattered by the stones (EC).

In the Ayodhya district, stones were once more thrown on July 11. The RPF detained three people, and it was discovered that they were upset that the train had ran over their goats.
