One Terrorist Died in Kashmir When Army Ignores Infiltration Attempt Along LoC

Srinagar: According to authorities, security forces on Friday stopped an attempt to infiltrate along the Line of Control in the Jammu and Kashmir region of Baramulla, killing one terrorist.

The army's alert forces saw unusual activity along the LoC near Sabura Nala Rustam in the district's Uri sector and confronted the invaders, according to the statement.

But the trespassers opened fire, and the military returned fire, killing at least one terrorist, they said.

The operation is ongoing, according to authorities.
