At 12:10 PM, over 1,900 reports had been sent to the outage detection tool Downdetector, indicating that more than 80% of users were having issues with the programmes. At the time this piece was written, the corporation had not acknowledged the downtime. Users have reported issues with the website in 4% of cases and the uploading in over 15% of cases.
